01. Can Smart Logic ship my order to my country?

Yes, of course! From the beginning of our business, we are open to the world. Smart Logic is an online shop with no racial, religious, sex and age discrimination. We provide global service to over 100 countries. Wherever you are, we can share our wonderful collections with you.
 

02. How can I pay for the products?

The following payment methods are accepted.

1. Pay by paypal, our paypal a/c: floydhk@yahoo.com (It can link to youˇ¦re the bank a/c or credit card if you haven't paypal a/c)

2. Pay by westernunion. Find the agent in your area ( www.westernunion.com) to see how to do. It is transferred instantly and the fastest way for payment.
Buyer should pay the handling fee charged by westernunion. Inform us the MTCN and your country to us after transferred.

3. Pay by T/T wire transfer to our bank a/c. bank info shown below

Note: Buyer should pay the handling fee charged by bank and It may take several days for the payment arrived to us.

4. Send Cashier check/Money order to my place. It need 4 weeks in order to be clear after money order is received.
Inform us if you decide to send us cashier/money order.
Note: We don't accept Postal money order!


5. Send by cash. Make sure the letter is insured. It is recommended to send it by express

 


03. What is the difference between Air, Surface and Express Shipping?

04. What should I do if my parcel hasn't arrived?


- Go to your nearest post office to check
- Tell the staff the number and ask is there a parcel from Hong Kong or China
- If you still cannot find the parcel, please e-mail to us

It may be delayed by custom inspection. The parcel will be delayed for 3-5 days.
 
- Secondly, it may be due to the improper procedure of the post office, as we send the parcel by registered mail, it needs you to sign up to pick the parcel. So, if there was no one at home at delivery time, then the postman must bring the parcel back for a second delivery. However, there are many cases where the postman does not leave any memo for you to let you know, so the parcel is left at the post office for a long time until you send an e-mail to us.

- It may also be bad weather. We once experienced with a parcel we sent to Ohio, and it needs to reach New York first and undertake central distribution. But at New York, there was a snowstorm for a week, and all the transportation was stopped by the bad weather. So, the customer received the parcel three weeks after we sent the package.
 

05.What should I do if my ordered items are broken due to poor packing?

Simple! Return the parcel to us when you pick up the parcel at the post office or in front of the postman. If you find the parcel comes with apparent damage, please check the items inside at once. If it is damaged, please refuse it immediately. Let it return to us, and then you won't need to pay for any shipping. After the parcel is returned, we will resend and repack the order to you.

 

06. What items can I buy at wholesale price?

Generally, we offer every item at wholesale prices, but only regular and common items can be offered at wholesale quantity. Please follow the following procedures:

- Email us what item and quantity you need
- We will quote a price for you
- If you are interested in the same kind of items, we can assign a fixed discount to you
- Combine shipping is welcome to save you money

07. Can I ask for a refund?

We do not offer refunds for complete products that are working under normal conditions. If your product is not working or is broken by arrival, you can ask us to resend the item to you. We are not responsible if you broke the item yourself and we will not provide a refund under this condition.
